Commercial readiness notice · version 1.0

Refund policy

This page records the refund-policy readiness status for Advocate Not Adversary. It does not invent seller-specific refund windows, waive consumer rights, or replace the terms displayed by an external seller at the time of an offer.

Current release status: Paid checkout is inactive, and Google AdSense advertisements are not active on this website. This notice does not activate payments or advertising.

The current public release offers free information and free resources. Products marked Coming Soon are previews and are not offers to pay. There is no active public on-site paid checkout flow to which this notice can attach.

What must be finalized before a paid launch

Before a first-party product or membership is offered, the owner must confirm the seller of record, supported countries and currencies, digital-delivery timing, cancellation process, refund windows, exceptions, taxes, dispute handling, support route, and any non-waivable consumer rights. The actual seller and hosted checkout must show the applicable price, currency, seller identity, billing interval where relevant, delivery description, and terms before payment is confirmed.

Those inputs are not available in this public readiness notice, so it does not promise “all sales are final,” a blanket refund, a specific number of days, or an automatic refund. A future policy must be reviewed against the actual offer and applicable law before checkout is enabled.

Future on-site digital products

If the owner enables the on-site store, Stripe-hosted checkout will be a separate provider page. The website will release a private digital file only after a server-verified paid live order. Pending, test-mode, refunded, disputed, or unverifiable payment states do not authorize delivery. A buyer should keep the provider receipt and contact the identified seller using the published support route without sending card numbers, secret keys, or health information.

Any future membership will have separate recurring billing, cancellation, entitlement, and refund terms shown before confirmation. Membership and one-time digital purchases are separate offers.

External Etsy purchases

An Etsy link is an external handoff. Etsy and the identified Etsy seller control that listing’s checkout, delivery, returns, refunds, disputes, and purchase-protection process. A visitor should use the order’s support route and the current Etsy listing terms. This site does not change or promise an Etsy seller’s policy.

Free resources and support

Free public downloads do not require payment and do not create a refund claim. For a future first-party order, the owner will publish the seller-specific support route before launch. Until then, questions about a missing or incorrect public resource can be sent through the commercial disclosures or policy center routes. Do not include payment-card numbers or sensitive family records.

Owner and legal review gap

The final policy still requires the owner to confirm the seller entity, intended markets, digital-content rules, tax treatment, support mailbox, refund authority, and provider terms. Qualified counsel should review those facts before paid checkout is activated. This page is a truthful readiness notice while that work remains open.
