Commercial policy · version 1.5

Commercial disclosures and purchases

Public learning materials remain free. When a paid resource or membership is offered, it is a commercial offer that benefits the identified seller. Christopher owns this website. Andrew is Corrections Management, not a co-owner; an Andrew-assigned product would identify him separately as its seller.

Where a purchase happens

The resource library and on-site store can offer separately priced editable DOCX files and resource bundle ZIPs through Stripe-hosted checkout. A ZIP listing must identify its actual contents, such as printable PDFs and editable HTML and Markdown source files; it must not imply a Word edition is included when it is not. This application prepares checkout and verifies payment; card and bank details are entered on Stripe, not in this website’s chat, forms, or database. Each checkout has one product and one identified seller. Published product details and the hosted checkout must identify the format, seller, price, currency, and total before you pay. The owner must confirm tax handling, supported markets, support, and applicable digital-content terms before enabling sales.

A product marked Coming Soon is a preview, not an offer to pay, preorder, or download. It has no purchase action. Draft and Disabled products are not listed publicly. Preparing a file or adding a draft does not publish it, change a saved feature state, or activate checkout.

The old Etsy channel has a separate availability control. If an Etsy product link is enabled, it opens the identified Etsy shop or listing; Etsy and that seller handle its checkout, delivery, refunds, and disputes. This site does not deliver an Etsy order or hold the Etsy order database. Neither this policy nor a provider term waives rights that applicable law makes non-waivable.

No result guarantee

Resources are educational and organizational tools. Buying one does not guarantee an autism evaluation, diagnosis, treatment result, school service, IEP outcome, legal result, financial improvement, benefit award, employment result, or any other outcome. A product is not medical, mental-health, therapeutic, legal, tax, credit, benefits, investment, or individualized financial advice.

Truthful descriptions and previews

Refunds, cancellations, and digital delivery

For a first-party store purchase, return to My purchases, sign in with the purchasing email, and choose Verify payment. The server checks the original order’s seller, price, account, and current payment state. A completed browser redirect is not proof of payment. Only a verified paid live order releases its private DOCX or resource bundle ZIP file; sandbox, pending, refunded, disputed, and unverifiable payments do not. Verification is performed when requested, not by a product-order email or automatic product-order webhook in this release. Free PDF resources remain separate and require no purchase.

DOCX files require compatible document-reading or editing software. ZIP bundles require extraction software; PDFs require a PDF reader, HTML opens offline in a browser, and HTML or Markdown source can be adapted in a text editor. The new PDF worksheets are printable writing sheets, not interactive forms or certified accessible tagged PDFs. Their HTML alternative offers resizable text and semantic headings. For missing files, format barriers, mistaken purchases, or refund requests, contact owner@advocatenotadversary.com with the order reference and purchasing email, not card numbers or health records. The owner coordinates with the identified seller. This policy does not create a blanket no-refund rule; the actual offer must explain applicable terms before payment, subject to consumer rights. A paused storefront does not itself remove the signed-in buyer’s order-verification route.

Visitors must review the current Etsy listing and seller policy before paying. Etsy states that individual sellers are responsible for their return/refund policies and commitments, while Etsy may also apply its cases and purchase-protection rules. Rights for digital content and rights of withdrawal can vary by location. This website does not publish a different refund promise and must not contradict the live listing.

Testimonials, endorsements, and material connections

Marketing boundaries

Do not use fear, shame, disability, suicidal distress, a child’s private story, false urgency, or a promise of professional results to sell. Do not describe an autistic person as a burden or treat a family’s health information as an advertising segment. Marketing email must follow the editorial and newsletter policy, including truthful headers and subject lines, advertising identification where required, a valid postal address, a working unsubscribe mechanism, and timely suppression of opt-outs.

Optional membership and separate sellers

Administrators may offer recurring general-AI membership through Stripe-hosted checkout after payment and policy setup. This is separate from one-time resource purchases, Etsy purchases, and free public information. Membership checkout uses Christopher’s connected seller account. The store supports products assigned by the owner to Christopher or Andrew, with a separate verified seller connection for each. There is no combined two-seller cart or automatic transfer of all proceeds between sellers in this release. Connecting an account does not publish a product or switch on charges.

Review the seller, recurring price, currency, billing period, total, and cancellation/refund terms before confirming a hosted checkout. Do not enter payment details into chat or email. Use Member access for billing management and cancellation, or contact the owner for transaction help. Seller identity, terms, tax and market decisions, cancellation, and a complete test transaction remain launch prerequisites, not presumed complete merely because the integration exists.

Owner-reviewed static sponsorship

A separate sponsorship control, off by default, can publish a clearly labeled Sponsored card in the normal reading flow. It accepts only plain text and an HTTPS link, with no remote creative, script, tracking pixel, video, animation, floating panel, or overlay. The owner must review the actual sponsor and message before enabling it. No visit, impression, click, donation, or payment is required to read the site's public information. This does not enable Google AdSense.

Google advertising

The codebase can validate Christopher’s public AdSense publisher ID and publish the corresponding ads.txt ownership record, but it does not load Google advertising code or display third-party creatives. AdSense serving is safety-locked because the site’s absolute rule is that no advertisement may flash, animate, cause or induce seizures, cover content, change navigation, or obstruct an interface. Provider-side blocking controls and creative policies do not let this website prove every remote creative safe before it is shown.

Accessibility and corrections

Commercial resources should state any known format barrier and provide an alternate-format request route when practicable. Product or listing errors may be reported through Corrections Management. For this site’s Stripe purchases, use the owner contact above; for Etsy purchases, use the applicable Etsy order and seller-support process.

Sources and status

This policy is informed by the FTC’s CAN-SPAM compliance guide and Endorsement Guides resources, Etsy’s current Seller Policy and refund and return guidance, and Google’s current AdSense Program policies, Publisher Policies, and invalid-traffic guidance. The owner must still verify the actual Etsy shop settings, listings, seller status, intended markets, tax obligations, AdSense account status, consent platform, and live ad settings.

Current operational references include Stripe’s Privacy Policy and the FTC’s online advertising and disclosure guidance. These notices describe the implemented workflow; they are not legal certification.
