1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using any TechnoMad Media Group website, service, or application (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Platform.

These Terms apply to all TechnoMad Media Group sites, including technomadmediagroup.com, advocatenotadversary.com, tnmg-toolkit-mcp.com, and tnmsc.us.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years of age to use the Platform.

3. Member Accounts

Certain features require a member account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

We support passkey-based authentication where available.

4. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes. You may not reverse engineer, transmit malware, attempt unauthorized access, interfere with service for other users, or harvest personal data about other users.

5. Payments and Subscriptions

Payments are processed through Stripe, which supports 135+ currencies. We do not store full payment card details.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform is owned by TechnoMad Media Group or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TechnoMad Media Group shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TechnoMad Media Group from claims arising out of your use of the Platform.

10. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform without notice for any reason, including violation of these Terms.

11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Michigan.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Your continued use constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
