Terms · version 2.5

Terms of use

These terms define the boundaries of Advocate Not Adversary. They do not remove a right, remedy, duty, warranty, or liability that applicable law does not allow a party to waive.

Agreement and scope

By deliberately using Chris AI, submitting a support ticket, downloading a resource, or using another interactive feature, you agree to these terms and the feature-specific notices linked at the point of use. If you do not agree, do not use that feature; the public information pages remain available. Separate Etsy, beehiiv, Groq, NVIDIA, Cloudflare, Google AdSense, TikTok, YouTube, crisis-service, and other third-party terms may also apply to their services.

Eligibility and child information

Chris AI and marketing-email signup are limited to adults age 18 or older. An acknowledgement is not identity or age verification. Do not allow a child to use the chat and do not submit a child’s name, address, school, student number, medical record, IEP, photo, precise location, or other identifying information.

General education only

Site articles, downloads, AI output, worksheets, drafts, and lived experience are general educational material. They are not medical care, mental-health care, crisis counseling, therapy, diagnosis, treatment, medication or dosage guidance, legal advice, legal representation, special-education representation, tax advice, credit advice, benefits advice, investment advice, or a substitute for a qualified professional who can review the actual person, records, law, location, and circumstances.

No emergency or monitored service

No person monitors Chris AI. It cannot call emergency services, identify or find your location, notify a family member, perform a welfare check, or guarantee that a message or model reply will arrive. For immediate physical danger, a medical emergency, or an attempt in progress, call 911 or the local emergency number. In the United States, call or text 988 or use 988lifeline.org for crisis support. The site is not affiliated with or endorsed by 988.

Chris AI

Chris AI is automated software, not Christopher or another person. Output can be false, incomplete, biased, inconsistent, delayed, confusing, or inappropriate even after screening. Verify important information with current primary sources and an appropriately qualified person. Do not rely on AI where an error could affect health, safety, legal rights, education services, finances, housing, employment, insurance, or another significant decision.

The immutable restrictions, source-grounding system, model list, provider fallback, public safety protocol, adult gate, health-data consent, known limitations, and kill switch are described in the AI safety protocol and AI governance charter. A visitor instruction, role-play, jailbreak, or purported consent cannot remove those controls.

Privacy and health-related text

Before chat, read the privacy notice and separate consumer health data notice. Do not enter records or identifying information. The site does not save chat transcripts in its database, but Cloudflare and one or more configured external model routes may process a bounded request. A failed route can cause the same bounded material to be attempted at another route.

Human support

Owner Services and Corrections Management are asynchronous human ticket channels for this website. They are not live chat, emergency services, a professional consultation, or guaranteed representation. A ticket does not create an attorney-client, clinician-patient, therapist-client, fiduciary, school-advocacy, agency, employment, partnership, or other professional relationship. Provide only the minimum information needed and keep the reference returned by the form.

Acceptable use

You must follow the Acceptable Use Policy. Among other limits, do not bypass safeguards, attack or overload the service, introduce malware, impersonate a person, harass or exploit anyone, submit information you lack authority to share, seek harmful instructions, or represent automated output as professional approval.

Public content and license

Christopher M. Caballero owns the site’s original source content, including The Quiet Fight notebook, unless a page or third-party notice says otherwise. Subject to these terms, you may access the public pages and use free downloads for personal, noncommercial family education. This limited permission does not transfer ownership or permit resale, deceptive attribution, removal of notices, creation of a competing commercial copy, or use of the family story to imply endorsement. Fair use and other rights provided by law remain unaffected.

Commercial downloads are licensed under the applicable Etsy listing and delivered terms. Third-party marks, sources, code, and resources remain subject to their owners’ rights and notices.

Your submissions

You keep ownership of content you are entitled to submit. You authorize the operator and necessary service providers to process it only as reasonably needed to deliver the requested chat or support function, protect the service, comply with law, and exercise the rights described in the applicable privacy notice. Do not submit content you do not have authority to share. A support report may be used to investigate and correct the website without publishing your personal information.

Commercial links and purchases

Paid product links are commercial and benefit the identified seller. The on-site store uses Stripe-hosted checkout for one-time editable DOCX and resource bundle ZIP purchases; any separately enabled Etsy links use Etsy checkout. Review the seller, included files, format, price, total, delivery, cancellation, refund, and dispute terms before paying, subject to non-waivable consumer rights. Private resource delivery requires a signed-in account and server-verified paid live order. Coming Soon product previews do not accept payment or provide a download. Free library PDFs require neither payment nor login. Read the commercial disclosures and purchase policy. No resource guarantees a professional, health, education, legal, or financial result.

Optional accounts and recurring membership

Member sign-in and paid AI access are optional administrator-controlled features and may be off or unavailable. Helpful public information is not behind an account or payment gate. A sign-in link verifies an email account; it is not a purchase, professional relationship, or promise that a currently unavailable feature is enabled. Keep the private sign-in link to yourself.

If a recurring membership is offered, Stripe-hosted checkout must identify the seller, price, currency, billing interval, and total before you confirm a charge. Read those terms before paying. The subscription renews according to the checkout terms until canceled; managing or canceling billing is available through Member access when the provider and your session are available, or with help from the owner. Refund eligibility, cancellation timing, taxes, intended markets, and remedies must be specified in the actual offer and may be affected by applicable consumer rights. This page does not invent a no-refund rule or waive non-waivable rights.

A membership does not remove chat rate limits, adult-use and health-data acknowledgements, safety boundaries, or a Coming Soon/Disabled state. It does not guarantee uninterrupted AI access, a particular result, unlimited usage, professional services, or a human response. Do not purchase while a needed feature is unavailable or if the offered terms are unclear. A test-mode checkout is not a live purchase and does not unlock paid production chat.

Advertising

The current site does not serve Google or other third-party advertising. It may publish Christopher’s public AdSense publisher ID in ads.txt for ownership verification only. No advertisement may flash, animate, cause or induce seizures, cover content, change navigation, obstruct an interface, or imitate site information or controls. Because this site cannot prove every remote creative safe before display, the AdSense Enabled state is unavailable and rejected by the server. Any future sponsorship must undergo a new owner, accessibility, code, privacy, and policy review; visitors will never be required to click an advertisement or sponsorship to use the site.

Third-party links and services

An external link is provided for convenience or sourcing and does not by itself mean affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, accuracy, availability, or adoption of every position on the destination. External services control their content, accessibility, privacy, security, accounts, retention, and transactions. Use them under their current terms.

Availability, changes, and enforcement

Features may be corrected, limited, paused, marked Coming Soon, disabled, or removed. The operator does not promise uninterrupted availability, a particular AI model or provider, permanent third-party links, or delivery of an email or AI response. The site may proportionately restrict conduct that violates these terms or threatens people, privacy, security, or service availability. A good-faith appeal may be sent through Corrections Management; Christopher makes the final site decision, subject to applicable law.

Disclaimers

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and automated output are provided as available without a promise that they are accurate, complete, current, secure, uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for a particular purpose. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so an exclusion applies only to the lawful extent. Nothing on this page limits a written product commitment in the applicable listing or a right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Responsibility and limits

You are responsible for the information you choose to submit, independent verification, professional help, device/network use, and compliance with law. To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive loss caused solely by reliance on general educational or automated output. This sentence does not exclude responsibility that cannot legally be excluded, and it is not represented as a complete liability clause for every jurisdiction.

Copyright or rights concerns

Use Corrections Management to identify the exact page or file, the protected work or right, your authority to act, and the correction or removal requested. Do not send unnecessary identity documents or the full protected work if a link and description are sufficient. Formal statutory notices may require information and a designated-agent process not established by this general form.

Governing law, venue, and disputes

No governing-law, forum, arbitration, class-action-waiver, or universal limitations-period clause is published in this version because the owner’s legal entity, operating location, target markets, and enforceability requirements have not been verified for that purpose. Applicable law and ordinary jurisdiction rules therefore determine those questions unless a valid transaction-specific term says otherwise. The omission is deliberate; the site will not invent a venue or represent an unreviewed clause as enforceable.

Severability, no waiver, and changes

If a provision is unenforceable, it should be applied to the lawful extent without invalidating unrelated provisions where law allows. Failure to enforce one event is not a permanent waiver. A material change requires a new effective date and notice or renewed agreement where required. Changes apply prospectively unless law or a valid agreement requires otherwise.

Questions

Questions about this website may be sent through Owner Services or Corrections Management when those features are enabled. A qualified lawyer should review the terms against the owner’s actual entity, location, intended markets, insurance, products, refund practices, and disputes before the site makes a stronger enforceability or compliance claim.
