Site-only content controls
Editorial, marketing, and newsletter policy
The private drafting assistant is scoped to Advocate Not Adversary. It does not read from, publish to, or control another website, account, business, client, or property.
The full approval roles, claim classes, source hierarchy, family-privacy check, correction record, and takedown process are in the Content Governance Charter.
Allowed subjects
Drafts may cover this site's news and resources, autism parenting, caregiver support, special-education preparation, sensory access, communication, and non-advisory household financial organization. The system does not treat an autistic person or family as a marketing profile.
Prohibited copy
- Diagnosis, treatment, therapy, medication, dosage, or personalized medical advice.
- Personalized legal advice, promised legal outcomes, or instructions presented as a substitute for counsel.
- Cure language, deficit framing, shame, fear, false urgency, or exploiting a child, disability, crisis, suicidal ideation, or distress to sell.
- Invented testimonials, statistics, endorsements, credentials, prices, discounts, deadlines, product functions, or personal stories.
- Private health, education, financial, account, contact, or child-identifying information.
- Content or links for another property, client, account, or business.
Human review is required
Generated copy is saved as a draft. A human site manager must inspect and edit it. A draft classified as a site update can be published to the Updates page. A newsletter draft can be published as an article in the owner-controlled The Quiet Fight web archive. Web publication does not send an email, enroll a subscriber, or release a campaign. A social draft can only be marked approved for manual export. The Worker has no route that sends a campaign or posts to a social network.
The model is never treated as a source. A factual claim must be checked against a current primary or authoritative source; lived experience and opinion must be labeled; quotations must be verified; and AI assistance must be disclosed when materially relevant or legally required. Human review must be real and documented, not assumed because a manager clicked Approve.
Conditions before a newsletter is released
A human sender must confirm the intended recipients, truthful sender and subject information, accurate claims, advertising identification where required, a valid physical postal address, a working unsubscribe mechanism, and timely handling of opt-outs. Provider credentials and an owner-approved sender identity must be configured outside the drafting assistant. Until those conditions are documented, an approved draft is still only copy—not a released newsletter.
The public black-and-gold signup interface is owned and served by this website, but its deliberate submission sends the address to beehiiv for subscription processing. This application does not keep its own subscriber database and cannot read the provider’s acceptance response through that cross-origin submission. The owner must verify the exact publication identity, double-opt-in behavior, consent record, suppression list, sender authentication, postal address, unsubscribe path, test delivery, and beehiiv account settings before treating the email program as fully released. A page view or a webpage publication does not subscribe anyone or send a campaign.
Commercial and material-connection review
Product promotion must disclose its commercial purpose and any owner, seller, affiliate, sponsor, free-product, family, or business relationship that could affect how a visitor evaluates the claim. Prices, deadlines, discounts, testimonials, results, endorsements, and product contents must be verified. Read the commercial disclosures and purchase policy.
Corrections
A material factual or safety error should be unpublished or disabled promptly, reviewed by a qualified person where necessary, and corrected transparently. The content library keeps the current draft, its revision number, author identity, status, and timestamps within this site's site-management database.
