This page combines dated implementation notes with site-update drafts reviewed and published by a signed-in human site manager. A release note is not an availability promise: the owner's current feature controls determine what visitors can use. Newsletter and social drafts cannot be released by this page.

Policy and governance center released
Nine controlled governance pages, expanded privacy and terms, and a separate health-data consent now follow the website's real data paths.
The new policy center covers acceptable use, accessibility, consumer health data, retention, security and incidents, commercial disclosures, AI governance, and content/newsletter governance. Chris AI now requires a separate unchecked health-data choice, the Worker refuses general provider inference without the current consent version, and visitors can end the chat, clear the same-tab transcript, and withdraw future consent. Provider fallback and retention limits are disclosed without claiming legal compliance, clinical validation, zero retention, HIPAA status, or accessibility certification. Every new page has its own Master Control state and required-policy dependencies fail closed.
Implementation work added destinations for Chris AI, human services, products, and information pages. Coming Soon and Disabled selections still apply.
The presence of a destination in the source does not enable it for visitors. The owner's current saved controls decide whether each feature is enabled, Coming Soon, or Disabled. The original homepage wording and identity remain protected. The AI, when enabled, is automated, adult-only, not human monitored, and not medical, legal, therapeutic, crisis, or emergency care. Use the current feature status rather than a historical release note to determine availability.
