Advocate Not Adversary
Questions about a payment.
How to request owner review without inventing a refund policy for unopened offers.
New registration, purchases and AI conversations are not open yet. Existing members can sign in to manage their accounts. Public help stays available.
Current offer status
Paid offers are not open in this preparation release. A refund eligibility window, used-credit rule or automatic refund promise has not been published for an unapproved offer.
Ask for review
For an existing payment, use Billing to locate its reference, then open a Help request. Describe the problem briefly. Do not include card numbers, security codes or recovery codes. Save the request reference so you can check the owner’s reply.
What a request means
Submitting a request does not itself approve a refund, change your balance or create a new charge. Any approved payment or credit adjustment must appear in the actual payment/accounting records. For an uncertain AI request, include its usage reference rather than private conversation text.
Payment deadlines and follow-up
The ordinary support-reply window does not extend deletion schedules, privacy obligations, security-response needs, or payment/provider deadlines. Use the relevant account controls and identify the appropriate request category.
A payment request uses the necessary transaction reference and problem description. Any approved refund or dispute outcome must be reconciled with its payment and credit records without treating every support message as financial evidence. No refund-eligibility period or used-credit rule is invented while the commercial offer remains unpublished.
