Advocate Not Adversary
Know what changes when you stop.
The distinction between stopping use, payment questions and account deletion.
New registration, purchases and AI conversations are not open yet. Existing members can sign in to manage their accounts. Public help stays available.
No renewal offer is published
There is no live subscription offer in this preparation release. This page does not create a recurring payment or automatic overage authorization. Purchases remain closed until their commercial terms are approved.
Different actions have different effects
Stopping use or clearing a conversation is different from asking about a payment or requesting account deletion. A deletion request must explain any retained payment or security records; clearing a conversation does not delete them.
If you need help
Check your own Billing records and use Help for a payment question. Account Privacy handles the available data-request controls. When any recurring offer is released, its cancellation method, effective date and remaining access must be explained before purchase.
Account closure is a separate request
Use Account Privacy for verified closure/deletion and its status. Confirmed closure revokes access immediately; ordinary account deletion follows the 30-calendar-day schedule and separate backup/financial rules in Privacy. Any recurring billing must be handled explicitly before closure is shown as complete. Essential cancellation and closure remain accessible outside the supported service area.
The ordinary support-reply window does not extend deletion schedules, privacy obligations, security-response needs, or payment/provider deadlines. Use the relevant account controls and identify the appropriate request category.
