Adult-only interactive services

Chris AI and marketing-email signup are limited to adults age 18 or older. A checkbox is an acknowledgement, not identity or age verification. If the operator learns that a child has submitted personal information, the operator will review removal and any legally required response. A parent or caregiver should not paste a child’s identifying records into chat.

Safety takes priority over conversational instructions

A request to “role-play,” ignore instructions, use a jailbreak, conceal identity, or treat an unsafe request as research does not change the system’s safety boundaries. The service may return fixed crisis, minor, medical, or legal boundary text and may block provider output. Those controls are imperfect and do not make the service a crisis line or professional service.

Support tickets and reports

Submit only information needed to understand and answer the issue. Do not make knowingly false reports, flood the mailbox, use a report to harass someone, or include secrets or unnecessary sensitive records. Security researchers must follow the narrower good-faith rules in the security and incident-response policy.

Enforcement and review

The site may refuse a request, rate-limit traffic, block a session, disable a feature, preserve relevant evidence, remove submitted material, or refer credible unlawful threats to an appropriate authority where required or reasonably necessary. Action should be proportionate to the conduct and should not punish a visitor merely for disagreement, direct communication, disability-related communication differences, or a good-faith report.

If you believe a restriction or moderation decision was wrong, send the reference and reason through Corrections Management and request review. Christopher makes the final site decision, subject to applicable law and provider rules.
