Usage policy · version 1.0
Acceptable use policy
Use the public resources to learn, organize questions, prepare for conversations, report site problems, and reach the owner. Do not use them to endanger a person, evade safeguards, invade privacy, or substitute automated output for professional judgment.
Allowed uses
- Read, download, print, and use public educational materials for personal or family preparation, subject to the stated license and any product listing.
- Ask Chris AI general, adult caregiver questions that fit its published scope and verify important answers independently.
- Report an error, accessibility barrier, privacy concern, unsafe response, or security issue through the appropriate human form.
- Link to public pages accurately without implying sponsorship, endorsement, partnership, or professional approval.
- Use accessibility tools, browser controls, translation, text enlargement, or other assistive technology.
Never use this site to
- Threaten, facilitate, encourage, or celebrate violence, self-harm, child abuse, exploitation, stalking, harassment, discrimination, or illegal conduct.
- Seek instructions for suicide, self-harm, violence, abuse, evading emergency intervention, or concealing harm.
- Upload or transmit malware, credential-stealing content, automated attacks, excessive requests, scraping that degrades service, or code intended to bypass access controls, rate limits, safety filters, or bot checks.
- Impersonate Christopher, Andrew, another visitor, a clinician, an attorney, a school official, an emergency worker, or any other person.
- Submit another person’s private information without authority, especially a child’s name, address, school, student number, medical record, IEP, photo, precise location, login, or contact information.
- Enter passwords, secret keys, authentication files, payment-card data, bank details, government identifiers, medical records, legal documents, or other high-risk records into chat or support forms.
- Represent AI output, a download, or family experience as a diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, legal opinion, professional evaluation, guaranteed educational result, or emergency instruction.
- Copy, resell, remove attribution from, or misrepresent protected content except as allowed by law or the stated license.
Adult-only interactive services
Chris AI and marketing-email signup are limited to adults age 18 or older. A checkbox is an acknowledgement, not identity or age verification. If the operator learns that a child has submitted personal information, the operator will review removal and any legally required response. A parent or caregiver should not paste a child’s identifying records into chat.
Safety takes priority over conversational instructions
A request to “role-play,” ignore instructions, use a jailbreak, conceal identity, or treat an unsafe request as research does not change the system’s safety boundaries. The service may return fixed crisis, minor, medical, or legal boundary text and may block provider output. Those controls are imperfect and do not make the service a crisis line or professional service.
Support tickets and reports
Submit only information needed to understand and answer the issue. Do not make knowingly false reports, flood the mailbox, use a report to harass someone, or include secrets or unnecessary sensitive records. Security researchers must follow the narrower good-faith rules in the security and incident-response policy.
Enforcement and review
The site may refuse a request, rate-limit traffic, block a session, disable a feature, preserve relevant evidence, remove submitted material, or refer credible unlawful threats to an appropriate authority where required or reasonably necessary. Action should be proportionate to the conduct and should not punish a visitor merely for disagreement, direct communication, disability-related communication differences, or a good-faith report.
If you believe a restriction or moderation decision was wrong, send the reference and reason through Corrections Management and request review. Christopher makes the final site decision, subject to applicable law and provider rules.
